Coming from an international business background, Kim is committed to professionalism and customer service in every deal.  She specializes in working with both buyers and sellers on the Main Line and in surrounding communities in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties.  Kim’s key to a successful real estate practice comes from listening to her clients – she’s dedicated to making every one of their home dreams come true.

I love researching and preparing for a listing appointment, helping sellers get their house ready, and meeting new people and guiding them through, the sometimes emotional, process of buying or selling,” says Kim.

Before joining Berkshire Hathaway Fox and Roach Devon Sales Office in 2009, Kim worked in Product Development and International Sourcing for many brands including Ann Taylor, J.Crew, Hartstrings and Urban Outfitters.  This took her on trips around the world to work with many different cultures – all diverse lessons and skills she uses at home, on the Main Line, as a real estate agent.

“The Main Line LifeStyle means you have a beautiful place to live with access to great schools, lovely towns and a great city; steeped with history, yet with every modern amenity,” says Kim.

In 2015, Kim was a part of the Suburban West Realtors Association Leadership Development program. She is also the office representative for Fox & Roach Charities and worked with the BHHS Fox and Roach Leadership Academy in 2017.

Kim and her husband, John live in Wayne.  Their oldest daughter, Katelyn, graduated from Wake Forest University and works in Malvern.  Their youngest, Claire, is a senior at Conestoga High School.  Kim loves to ski, practice yoga, travel, cook and walk Keaton and Sadie, their Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.

A few more fun facts about Kim:

  •  Kim loves to go to Teresa’s Next Door for dinner on a Friday night; “we can walk there and always run into someone we know. We also love the terrace at Overbrook Golf Club, on a beautiful night, because the view is spectacular.”
  • She often visits The Velvet Shoestring in Wayne to find something “new” for her home.
  • Her first job was at the Baskin Robbins in Wayne before she joined Calico Corner, and years later, Kim still loves ice cream and fabric!
